Site Seeing In The Dirty D

When you live in a place as beautiful as I do you really need to take advantage of every opportunity to see the sites. That's what we decided to do last week while we waited to pick up some of the guys. I thought, Let's try to capture how clean and well landscaped this place is. So Trey helped me out by striking a pose in nature...

Just around the corner we found a lovely neighborhood that really helped to capture the beautiful architecture you will find here.

And across the street from this burnt down beauty was this...

I guess instead of putting a sign and balloons in the yard to announce a party it's easier just to spray paint "Party" on the boarded up windows. Very efficient. And last, but not least, my favorite sign of the summer...

Nothing like some inspiring words from the local church.

You're right, I sure had it good there. I don't know what I'm thinking loving Utah as much as I do! I'm glad you could capture some of Detroit's finest areas.

He he! I miss D-Town! I've never been to a place that is remotely like Detroit. I tried to tell some friends about the burned down houses (all over) but nobody believes me. ... By the way, love the mustache!
